Opombe:

– Radioamaterjem razreda N ni dovoljena uporaba satelitskih radijskih frekvenčnih pasov.

– V ISM (industrial, scientific and medical) frekvenčnih pasovih, kot so 40,66 – 40,70 MHz, 433,05 – 434,79 MHz, 2400 – 2450 MHz, 5725 – 5850 MHz in 24 – 24,25 GHz, 121 – 123 GHz in 244 – 246 GHz se lahko uporabljajo radijske frekvence za delo opreme v industrijske, znanstvene in medicinske (ISM) namene. V ISM pasovih mora radioamaterska radijska postaja privzeti motnje, ki jih ta oprema povzroča.

(2) Moč oddajnika se smatra kot moč enega ali vsota moči iz več oddajnikov, na istem frekvenčnem področju, ki se v istem časovnem terminu dovedejo v antenske prenosne vode. Moč oddajnika (srednja) je povprečna moč, ki jo oddajnik dovede v antenski prenosni vod v časovnem intervalu, dovolj dolgem v primerjavi z najnižjo frekvenco, ki nastane z modulacijo pri normalnih obratovalnih pogojih.

(3) Status primarne ali sekundarne uporabe posameznih frekvenčnih pasov je določen s Splošnim aktom o načrtu uporabe radijskih frekvenc. V določenem frekvenčnem pasu ima primarni uporabnik prednost pred sekundarnim uporabnikom. Radioamaterske postaje kot sekundarni uporabniki ne smejo povzročati motenj primarnim uporabnikom ter ne morejo zahtevati zaščite pred primarnimi uporabniki v istem frekvenčnem pasu.
